The knitted textile used in the mattress cover, which contains hydrogel derived from aloe vera and natural fibers, is designed to maintain your body’s moisture balance. This balance is essential for maximizing rest and creating an optimal sleeping environment through the perfect equilibrium of warmth, coolness, and moisture. Widely used in the cosmetic industry, Aloe Vera appears in the cover as a natural gel that actively helps maintain skin moisture throughout the night.
By incorporating special polymers derived from natural beech and birch fibers that activate the gel, the cover provides a remarkable cooling effect and creates an extraordinary environment for a pleasant, refreshing sleep.
In addition to three layers of premium foam, the SMART HYDROGEL mattresses include a layer of self-molding, cushioning, siliconized gel positioned directly under the cover. Smartgel is a 3D insert that self-adjusts, is thermoregulating, soft yet solid and fluid at the same time, completely non-toxic, and poses no risk of skin irritation. It was developed for medical purposes, and its unique ability to reduce pressure points provides major comfort benefits.
The mattress cover is made from knitted textile and quilted with cotton (300-350 gr/m² on the sleeping surface), providing added comfort and protection.
Almost entirely, the materials used in the structure of the mattress are certified with the OEKO-TEX Standard 100 ecological and health certification, ensuring the absence of harmful substances and adherence to the highest safety and sustainability standards. This certification verifies that the materials are rigorously tested to ensure a healthy sleep environment, free of allergens or harmful chemicals, contributing to the user’s well-being and comfort. Furthermore, the polyurethane foams used in the production of our mattresses also hold the CertiPUR certification – Belgium.
