We are delighted to introduce our new production series mattress BABY AIR MATS: the mattress with PROPOLIS-treated fabric and revolutionary AIR MATS structure, fully washable. This mattress combines innovation with nature to provide an optimal sleeping environment for infants, essential during their first months of life.

The fabric treated with Propolis—a natural product obtained by bees from resins collected on buds and plant secretions—was specially created to support your baby’s immune system. Propolis, known for its antibacterial, antimicrobial, and antifungal properties, helps improve the sleeping environment for your baby. In addition, the mattress’s textile material contains vitamins C and E along with ginger, a blend with antioxidant effects that protects and nourishes your baby’s delicate skin.
The BABY AIR MATS mattress is designed with a high level of firmness, making it ideal for proper spinal support and good blood circulation. The AIR MATS layer offer a range of extraordinary benefits compared to traditional filling materials.
Its 3D multifilament structure, resembling “spaghetti” made of open fiber, ensures optimal air circulation and rapid moisture elimination, thus preventing unfavorable environmental conditions that could disturb your baby and affect long-term health. Moreover, AIR MATS is a recyclable material made from a single polymer, making it elastic, comfortable, and durable.
The mattress cover is removable and washable at 30°C, quilted with a natural cotton layer (300-350 gr/m²) for enhanced comfort.
Additionally, the cover is treated against bacteria, dust mites, and allergens, ensuring a clean and safe sleeping environment. The BABY AIR MATS mattress not only offers optimal sleep support but also significantly contributes to your baby’s overall health by creating a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
Almost entirely, the materials used in the structure of the mattress are certified with the OEKO-TEX Standard 100 ecological and health certification, ensuring the absence of harmful substances and adherence to the highest safety and sustainability standards. This certification verifies that the materials are rigorously tested to ensure a healthy sleep environment, free of allergens or harmful chemicals, contributing to the user’s well-being and comfort. Furthermore, the polyurethane foams used in the production of mattresses also hold the CertiPUR certification – Belgium, which confirms that these products have a minimal impact on human health.
