All our benches and ottomans (poufs) can be made of Premium grade velvet or fabrics, which are made of teflon/PTFE fibers rendering it hydrophobic, does not get wet and doesn’t stain, being extremely easy to maintain. Another great advantage of this fabrics is that they are a pet friendly material. This type of velvet and fabrics are more resistant to scratches caused by pet’s nails than other materials. Teflon fibers aren’t attractive to pets, especially cats, as they are attracted to slightly abrasive materials that help them sharpen their nails.

The delivery time from the confirmed order is 10-15 days. For custom-made and / or customized products, an advance of 30% of the total order value and the rest of the delivery payment will be paid.

The delivery solution and the related costs will be established after the order together with the customer.

BENCHES and OTTOMANS MAINTENANCE:

Our benches and ottomans (poufs) can be easily cleaned using a cloth soaked in warm water and neutral soap. Rinse with clean water, taking care to dry with a soft, absorbent cloth. Before cleaning, we recommend testing the cleaning product on the hidden surface of the bench or ottoman.

Please note that despite our efforts to accurately represent the different colors available, due to the lighting conditions in digital photography and the inconsistencies in the settings and resolutions of monitors and browsers, the reproduction of the colors on the Internet may suffer slight variations. As a result, we can't guarantee that the shade you see on your screen is an exact reproduction of the actual color. For any clarification in this matter, do not hesitate to contact us.

- Some colors and materials may not always be available for reasons related to logistics, production and availability of different suppliers at any given time. The customer can at any time and at no additional cost choose another color, wait until the desired color will be available again or receive a full refund of the paid amount.
